NetPerform Design Services also makes available copywriters who can develop product descriptions and related content such as buyers' guides, industry overviews, comparison charts and research papers.
NetPerform proactively monitors performance - code weights, image weights, unique images per page, user operating systems, user screen size, user monitor resolution, user connection speeds, user color depth, visit duration, cart abandonment, search effectiveness, and promotions effectiveness. By tracking a wide range of clickstream and site-performance metrics, the Design Services team provides continuous improvements to the user experience.

NetPerform’s Sales and Relationship team can work with partners to integrate on-line and off-line data in a phased approach. Data management capabilities include importing of offline data, augmenting purchase behaviors and generating improved target lists. The team also collaborates with external data providers to export on-line data and import enriched data/target lists. NetPerform continually works with partners in this area and expands its capabilities where it makes sense to meet partners' emerging needs.
